Agent Web Marketing Strategy
The strategy makes use of the following: · Fidelity Site WeichertAgentPages.com) · Showcase Listings Enhancement Package on Realtor.com · Dedicated Property Domain Name Web Sites (ListingDomains.com) · Free advertising vehicles such as Craigslist.com, Oodle.com and Googlebase.com
Once a prospect stumbles into your web (usually during a property search) you keep him searching on YOUR sites so that all inquiries will come to you. No matter who listed the property (RE/MAX, Pru Fox Roach or another Weichert agent) you will always get the lead from your sites with no commission paid to the Weichert Lead Network as long as you have ALL of the above components.

Here’s how to set it up:
First, set-up your accounts:
Go to http://weichertagentpages.com and select “FORMS” from the menu on the left. Download the single user order form and either fill it out (ORDER THE PLATINUM PACKAGE) and e-mail it back to the address on the instruction page or print a copy, complete it and fax it in to the number on the instruction page. It can take up to 3 business days to process. You should receive an e-mail with your account information and instructions.
Go to http://solutioncenter.realtor.com select Agent products and look for “Showcase Listing Enhancements.” You must call customer service at the number on the bottom of the page to order the showcase enhanced listings package. They will e-mail your account information.
Go to http://www.listingdomains.com select “Get Started” and sign-up for a free account. If you want to purchase a package of 10 domains at once (you will save $10 on each domain) you must call the customer service number. They will give you a “coupon” code which I will enter each time I order a domain name for one of your listings. If you choose to order one domain name at a time, I must have your credit card on file so I can use it each time I order a domain name.
Next, give me your information:
Once you have signed-up for a Fidelity (weichertagentpages.com) platinum site, signed-up for the Realtor.com showcase enhanced listing package, and established your listingdomains.com account, I will establish the initial web sites and make the connections to start you on the web marketing program I described at the meeting.
I will need your usernames and passwords for:
I will need your Trend user number (Not your log-on name, but the ID# that appears on the member version of the listing right under the office ID# YWEI04).
I will also need the MLS numbers of any listings to which you want to assign domain names sites as well as your credit card information to pay for your domain names if you didn't pre-pay for a package of 10.
Finally I will need your complete contact information for use on the various web sites.
If you want biographical information included and I don’t already have it, please supply that as well.
Make sure you give me any photos and descriptive copy for your listings
Once I have everything, I will establish your Fidelity home page, your Realtor.com enhanced listings, and your property domain name sites for up to 4 listings. I will set-up the links among these sites and place your ads on craigslist.com, Trulia, Oodle.com and Googlebase.com. Note that craigslist will send you a confirming e-mail which you must answer before your ad will appear. I would have them send it to me but then they would use my e-mail address on the ad and the leads would come to me.
My
charge for this service is $100 including up to 4 listings.
Any
time a listing is changed in Trend (price change, status change, etc.) I
must make the change manually in your property domain sites and on
craigslist. It is your responsibility to send me any changes to your
listings. There is
no charge for changes to those listings that I originally did for you.
It is particularly important to notify me when your listing sells. Sold listings must be removed from Craigslist promptly and the property domain page must either be marked "Sold" or deleted entirely. Failure to comply will likely result in a call from the Real Estate Commission and almost certainly a large fine! They are especially watching Craigslist for advertised properties that are already sold.
Additions, changes, cancellations etc. can be sent to me on the Order Anything Else page of this site. Long copy should be sent in an e-mail. Photos should be sent as e-mail attachments.
For anyone who wishes to set-up their own program or simply maintain everything once it is up and running but needs help, I am available for private instruction at the regional Doors approved rate of $25/hr. (Try getting an outside computer consultant for $25/hr!)
