INSTRUCTIONS FOR TAKING & SUBMITTING YOUR LISTING PHOTOS

Photographs are powerful sales tools. Don’t miss-out on the opportunity to show off your seller’s property.
Photos are a big part of what you promised the seller in order to get the listing!

You are the listing agent. It is your responsibility to take the photos, get them on Trend, and get them into Weichert advertising.
If you assume someone else is going to do it automatically, it won’t happen.

When you turn-in a new listing you will need to supply the photo(s) of your listing for Trend and for Weichert advertising.

Trend will only accept digital files (Unless you want to pay them to scan your prints). If you have a digital camera you can do this yourself. Just bear in mind that modern digital cameras take high resolution (large) photos. They must be reduced so Trend will accept them. If you don't know how to do this, but would like to try, ask me and I’ll help you get started. If not, I will prepare the photos for you. ($15 for up to 12 photos)*

Once they are reduced to Trend size, you can give these photos to your Oricessor with your listing paperwork, e-mail them to her later, or you can upload them yourself. It is strongly suggested that you upload your own photos so you will know how to change them at the whim of your sellers. If you don't know how, your mentor will show you. (If you are an experienced agent and past the "mentor stage," I'll show you how to do it.)

*If you used a Doors portfolio presentation to obtain the listing, this $10 photo charge will be waived.
